Under the commands section, you will find useful information, such as: examples, tutorials, information, etc on certain commands that may be confusing to those who aren't familiar with the syntaxs.
Certain commands that take a duration argument require you to properly format what you type out in order for the bot to recognize what you are trying to do. Commands that have a duration are listed here:
You first write out your duration by passing a number that will represent a time then passing a letter after which will represent either a second, minute, hour, day, week or year for the number that was passed. You can see how to properly format your duration and how to not format your duration in the following:

remind 1h ...
jail @member 1 hour
remind 1 hour ...
In some cases, entries cannot be removed normally by just copy pasting as you should be able to. However, to get around this: you can now type
select:id_hereto force remove an entry without providing any other arguments.
